Maire is a registered Speech Pathologist with over 10 years experience. She also holds graduate certificates in Neuroscience and Autism Studies. She has worked in a range of settings, including community, educational and hospital throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Maire has specialised in the areas of paediatric feeding and in Autism specific early intervention. She is a skilled communicator, and is able to help families identify areas of concern in order to provide targeted and effective intervention.
Maire enjoys reading novels, Earl Grey tea, bushwalking, and embarrassing her children with out of tune singing.
Sara is an Occupational Therapist with over 9 years of experience working with children and families in North West Tasmania in both the public health and education sectors.
Sara has worked extensively with children aged 0-18 years, with challenges ranging from developmental delays, sensory processing issues, feeding difficulties, regulation, attention and concentration difficulties, handwriting and motor skill acquisition challenges, and more complex physical conditions and diagnosis.
She has a keen interest in paediatric feeding, and in sensory processing, modulation and emotional regulation. Sara has also completed training in children’s yoga, and can offer yoga inspired therapeutic interventions.
When not working, Sara can be found with her husband and children at the beach, riding bikes and camping. Sara’s vices are coffee and chocolate!
